Rogic, who has been training the Indian goalkeepers for the King’s Cup has worked with clubs like Shaktar Donetsk, Zenit Saint Petersburg, Club Brugge in the past. “He is the best I have ever worked with in the National team set-up, and even Club Football in India,” Gurpreet said. On the current Croatian recruit, Gurpreet said: “His experience, and most importantly his ability says it all. I can say with full confidence, especially after I was fortunate enough to experience it in Europe that he is someone of the highest level. ContiTech acquires Metsos Flexowell and Pocketlift conveyor belt operations

first_imgContiTech Transportbandsysteme has acquired Metso Minerals’ Moers plant, which includes the Flexowell and Pocketlift conveyor belt operations and related assets. The belts are primarily used for transporting loose bulk material up steep inclines. “By doing this we are globally opening up additional markets for ContiTech and are developing our capacities for special conveyor belts”, Hans-Jürgen Duensing, Head of the ContiTech Conveyor Belt Group business unit, said. “The purchase represents the acquisition of additional know-how and numerous special belt patents for ContiTech. This consolidates our market position,” Duensing continued.ContiTech will continue manufacturing and engineering at the Moers plant. The transfer of business is planned for May 1, 2010. Metso says conveyor belts and bulk material handling systems will continue to be an essential part of its offering to mining in the future. It says the sale is part of its strategy to develop and simplify the current production network, the aim of which is to improve the competitiveness of the business and to further develop customer service.last_img read more
